Shaanxi Haisheng Fresh Fruit Juice Co., Ltd., the National Flagship Enterprise in Agriculture Industrialization, is the world’s largest fruit and vegetable juice concentrate producer and manufacturer possessing almost 2000 staff. With Xi’an headquarters located in Xi’an High-tech Zone, Haisheng was founded in 1996 with 185 million registered capital, and then opened operating office in New York, USA. In 2005, Goldman Sachs invested in the Group, which was listed on the Main Board Hong Kong Stock Exchange at the same time. Haisheng owns eleven AJC producing plants in three major apple producing areas-Loess Plateau, Yellow River, Bohai Bay spreading in 6 main apple production provinces which are Shaanxi Qianxian, Weinan, Liaoning Dalian, Shandong Qingdao, Shandong Qixia, Shanxi Yuncheng, Anhui Dangshan, Henan Lingbao. And Haisheng successfully merged three fruit juice concentrate plants of Itochu in China (Shanxi luochuan, Shandong Laiyang, Liaoning Dalian) in 2010, and total production capacity reached 405,000MT. It has stood in the first place for many years on export in the field. The net fixed assets have reached 1.463 billion Yuan, current assets have reached 1.241 billion Yuan, and total assets of the company have reached 2.705 billion Yuan in the end of 2010.

Products, 95% of which is exported outdoor to more than 30 countries and regions, including America, Canada, Germany, France, Australia, Russia and Japan, contain apple juice concentrate, apple clear juice concentrate, pear juice concentrate, strawberry juice concentrate, carrot juice concentrate, apple juice concentrate-related products, aroma and so on. Haisheng has established and keeps a stable relationship with many major international companies, such as Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Kraft, Nestle and so on, and having absolute high market share-35% of North America market, 30% of Russia market, 11% of European market, 16% of Asia-Pacific market, on the basis of providing the best quality fruits juice to our global customers.

From the first factory was built to now, Haisheng has developed step by step, from 5,000 to 400,000T in production capacity, from 2 million dollar to 200 million in export, from single product structure to diversified structure, from Canadian and American market to global market, from No. 5 in Shaanxi to No. 1 in the world in this field.
